Our minds are pervaded with questions about the mystery and expectation of the manifestations of the sons of Almighty God. If the power has been granted to become sons of God, according to John 1:12, how does one become one? Is it by appointment? Is it by calling or exception? It is clearly written in the Bible that there are divine exceptions made for those that bear a deeper love for God. 1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. V.10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit. (Emphasis added). In truth, this verse is not speaking about what heaven is like. It is speaking about function, provision, calling, and position through His written promises here on earth as kingdom occupants. Here we notice that the revelation of God is upon the ones who love Him in a deeper way than is commonly found acceptable in nominal Christianity. This is easily made clear since the shallow state of many professing Christians produces a great lack of understanding in anything deeper than that which the natural eyes perceive.

From among the children of God there are some who will not accept shallow faith and easy believe-ism as the faith of true disciples of Christ. These are the ones who have consecrated their lives to the deeper purposes of God, relinquishing the cost. They are not only willing to suffer if necessary unto greater perfection, but further are formed by the Spirit of God for purposes beyond what is seen or communicated through human perception. Their eyes of spiritual understanding are watching into the seeming dark, yet their vision is lit with shekinah light invisible to the human senses. This is a solemn place where natural light offers no understanding. These deeper lives pray back to heaven that which is revealed to them from the very throne of God concerning His promises and prophecies spoken by the ancients. These are they who live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. They are moved by the Spirit of God in communication with God in heavenly places in Christ. The usefulness of these saints is deeply spiritual. It is a place of position–seated with Christ. Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. (Emphasis added). The place described here is filled with spiritual priests and kings who have been seated with Christ, yet as though in obscurity and by the majority unnoticed. Within this spiritual minority, these have been formed solely by divine resurrection at the excellent hand of Christ. It is within these saints, unrevealed to the natural eye, that the power of true spiritual intercession and usefulness resides. These sons intervene by the voice of spiritual understanding and revelation in complete accordance with God’s word. Within their heart is an awareness designed to shatter spiritual legalities deemed as strongholds refusing to dissolve in people, culture, communities, and nations. Elijah, Daniel, Moses, and many others are an example of this function. Their effort was focused toward unions of adversity against God, even in governments and high places. These sons are not manifested in large numbers, but I believe as the end approaches God will increase them in number and magnificence.

Sons of God are servants of Almighty God and are sent to set things right in the way God has ordered. They are a direct threat against the kingdom of darkness. They shine the light of God in all they do. They are miracle carriers from the presence of God to do His work. They are spiritual fighters and fight by faith alone. They wrestle against principalities and powers and works of the darkness of this world. The spirits they fight against are experts in delusion seeking to direct God’s children to focus chiefly on the tree of knowledge. The distraction they present is in deciphering what is right or wrong, to keep those distracted from eating of the true tree of life. This was Satan’s first earthly battle against mankind and he won. We must remember, there is no life in pursuing what Adam and Eve pursued. There is no life in knowing what is right and wrong. Life comes alone from the tree of life.

May God lead us into a realm where He can make us useful in kingdom life, taking us beyond what is achieved by human ability! This place is in joint union with Jesus in heavenly places and is one that has no boundaries except human ability, and natural subjective theory at the tree of knowledge. Hallelujah!
